Not much happened at the meeting, until a resident asked the mayor why the borough has not yet complied with a certain State law:

At one point in the lively exchange, it seemed that the resident was at fault for bringing this to the M&C's attention in the first place.
Despite presenting the notice for the governing body's review, five of the six council members set aside the notice and voted to approve anyway.
